Defenders: clean-sheet odds + set-piece threat + bonus potential.
Windows: plan 4–6 GWs; reevaluate after injuries/red cards.

FDR (1 easy → 5 hard) helps you spot medium-term runs. It's great for macro planning: when to buy/hold/skip a team.

2) How to actually use it

FDR can lag real form, ignore injuries, and compress variance. Combine it with role/usage and recent data, not alone.
